The Miser and his Gold

by Duke
(Utah, USA)

I liked the story about the miser and his gold. It is about a miser who stores a lot of gold in a chest. He never spent any. He just kept saving more and more. One day when he came to look at it again, a robber saw him and stole it the next day. The miser came out the next day and was shocked that all he found was a empty chest. He screamed so loud that every neighbor heard him. Well I think that you should learn from this story is "Wealth unused might as well not exist".
