Natural High

Everyone likes to experience a "natural high". The only requirement for this to happen is a little physical (and mental) exercise on our part. Our body then produces it's own "feel good" chemical, helping us feel better... naturally.

There are lots of different activities that help us feel better: walking, running, swimming, hiking, playing sports, dancing, riding horses or bicycles, and the list goes on.

Some people experience a "good feeling" when they are listening to music, working on a hobby, participating in drama, art, or performing in public. Other people feel better by just working in the garden, tinkering in the garage, scrap booking, or even just reading a good book. It's a great feeling!

How about you? What kind of activities make you feel better? Write about it!
